Can I change my order once I've placed it?
Orders can only be changed within 30 minutes after being placed. After this time, the order begins preparation based on the submitted information. For this reason, it is no longer possible to change the order once the 30-minute window has passed.

Delivery
What are the delivery costs and times?
The total time between placing your order and home delivery includes the production time for your personalised product as well as the shipping time.

How can I find out the status of my order?
All information relevant to your order can be found in your customer account at any time, including a tracking link to follow your package and a downloadable invoice.
If you haven't received your my Ravensburger product two weeks after placing your order, please get in touch with our Service Center.
Can I choose express delivery for my order?
We currently do not offer express delivery. If you need your product as soon as possible, please select a payment method other than advance payment, otherwise production will only begin after payment is received.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You can enter a different delivery address to the billing address. However, please ensure that the delivery address is in the same country as the billing address. For deliveries within Germany, we are happy to send your package to a Packstation or post office.
I accidentally entered the wrong address, what can I do?
Please inform our customer service immediately. If the product has not yet been sent, we can usually change the delivery address.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or post office?
At the moment, this is only possible for delivery in Germany. To do this, please choose the Packstation or post office option on the page marked "Your billing and delivery address" and enter the corresponding details.
How can I follow my delivery?
There are two options:
- You will receive an email containing a delivery confirmation with a tracking link that you can use to follow your parcel.
- If you have a customer account or have created one during the order process, you can also find your tracking link there under My Orders.
Payment
How can I pay for my personalised my Ravensburger product?
We currently offer the following payment options: advance payment, PayPal and credit card.
Please note that not all payment methods are available in some countries. It may also be the case that due to an automated address and credit check, not all payment methods are offered.
Gift vouchers can only be paid for by credit card. If you pay for your order by advance payment, it can only be processed once the full sum of your invoice has been received.

Why am I not shown all payment methods?
In many countries, we are unfortunately unable to offer all payment methods. In addition, an automated address and credit check will be carried out before each order is completed. The payment options offered depend on the results of these checks.
Will I be notified when my payment is received?
If you pay for your order by advance payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the money arrives in our account. Please note that orders can only be processed once the full sum of your invoice has been received.
Where do I find the invoice for my order?
You will receive an email containing your invoice once your order has been sent. You can also download the invoice from your customer account under My Orders.

How and where do I enter a voucher code for my Ravensburger products?
You can enter a voucher code as soon as a product is added to your basket. You have another opportunity to do this during the order process on the page marked, "Delivery and payment". Please make sure that the value of the voucher is deducted before completing your order. The value of a voucher cannot be credited subsequently. Please also note other voucher conditions, if applicable.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers for one order?
Only one special offer voucher can be redeemed per order. This can be combined with a maximum of one gift voucher. Please make sure that the value of the voucher is deducted before completing your order. The value of a voucher cannot be credited subsequently.
