Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain and regret that we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey) and Northern Ireland.

We are unable to take orders for international delivery addresses, PO Boxes including Packstations, hotels and freight forwarding services.

Christmas Delivery Deadlines

• Order by 12pm December 22nd to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
• Order by 12pm December 12th to guarantee delivery before Christmas for personalised items.  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, and standard delivery costs may differ during promotional activity. We rely on third party couriers to get your order to you and cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders after this date.

Standard Delivery

Promotion Active: Standard delivery is on promotion from now until 06/01/2026. During this period standard delivery will be free of charge at checkout for all orders.

• Please allow at least for 3-5 business days (Excluding Bank holidays) for delivery.
• Personalised items require 2-5 days (Excluding Bank holidays) to be produced prior to delivery. 
• Orders over £40 are delivered for free and this is automatically applied during checkout online. Otherwise delivery is £3.95 inclusive of VAT.*
• Standard delivery costs may differ during promotional activity.
• Orders are couriered by the following partners; Royal Mail and DPD.
• Orders are delivered with tracking.

*Qualifying purchases must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only; any charges or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to the merchandise total.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are items that will be released onsite to pruchase to buy soon! While they’re not available just yet, you can secure yours today ready to be processed and shipped on the release date.
• Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page, in your bag, and at checkout.
• Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock products. Please ensure in-stock items are removed from your basket when chekcing our a preorder. 
• As soon as your pre-order is ready, we’ll send it straight to you—and we’ll email you when it’s on its way.
• It’s easy to find the latest updates on your order or cancel a preordered item —simply login to your account with our webshop check your order status which can be found here. Please note that it is only possible to cancel your pre-order 48 hours before the release date.
