Returns & Refunds

Returning an item

We hope you enjoy our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item for free within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you think you may have a fault with your item(s) we recommend getting in touch with our customer service here. Our team of specialists will assist you with your product fault and any relevant returns. Alternatively, you can return your item(s) using our free return service detailed below.   

We do not currently offer returns for exchanges and recommend processing a return for a refund. This is because the processing times are shorter and will ensure you receive your desired product faster.

We only accept returns for items ordered from our official online shops; www.ravensburger.co.uk, www.brio.co.uk and www.thinkfun.co.uk .  

 

To return an item for free simply;

  • Locate the returns note and free postage label detailing our returns address provided within your order
  • Fill out the returns note detailing the item(s) being returned, return reason and any additional notes
  • We recommend returning all goods securely in the packaging in which they arrived to ensure a safer transit
  • Apply both the returns note and free postage label to the outside of your parcel
  • Visit your nearest post office to post your item back to us
  • Keep your postage receipt for proof of postage
  • Keep up to date with its progress using the tracking code provided
  • You will receive an email from us to confirm we have received your return

 

* Please note:

  • All Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange once opened (including exchanges of any single card or the pack, tin or box as a whole).
  • We recommend using our free returns label. We offer this as a gesture to simplify returning item(s) and this cannot be extended to alternative couriers or delivery methods. Where you would like to use an alternative you will need to pay for this service as required by the courier.

Request Refund

We aim to make refunding goods as expedient and simple as possible. For this reason we have extended your statutory right to a return for refund to be 30 days. We ask that you follow our guidance on making a return to ensure your refund can be processed as quickly as possible.

If you wish to request a refund or replacement for a faulty item(s), we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team here for assistance and guidance on manufacturer warranty. Alternatively, you can return your item(s) using our free return service and your right to a refund is not restricted to 30 days from receipt of goods.

All refunds are made to the original form of payment used to make the order. Refunds normally take 10 working days to process and you will receive an email to confirm when completed.

We kindly ask that all returned items are sent in the condition that you received them. Where this is not followed we reserve the right to reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods.

We aim to provide a fair and reasonable refund service in accordance with consumer rights and local jurisdiction. Our team will offer a refund for orders that meet any of the following criteria:

  • Cancelled order
  • Faulty products
  • Order or item(s) failed to arrive
  • Products delivered damaged
  • Missing components or parts from product
  • Customer Change of mind
  • Not as depicted/described online
  • Items returned
  • Are not personalised or bespoke
