The painting board is super thick and sturdy. The brush is great quality. The paint pots have proper resealable lids that you can use over and over again. And the paint itself is water based, so if a little bit gets on clothes, or the tablecloth, or the cat - it’s not a problem.

Our sets for younger children are made to be simple and accessible. The painting designs are big and bold. The brushes are designed for little hands. Some details are pre-printed and you even get two different designs in the box.
Paint by numbers for 7 and 8 year olds
As kids get older, their motor skills and abilities improve. So these sets are more of a challenge - there’s more detail to focus on, and plenty of well-loved characters and designs to choose from.
Paint by numbers for 9 year olds and above
These kits are a perfect bridge from the simple sets for younger children to complex adult designs. They’ll challenge older kids with detailed designs that demand concentration - but not so much it stops them having fun.
