This means your experience with personalized puzzles, games, and gift ideas will be even easier, more intuitive, and a little more magical.

In the new shop, you’ll find all your familiar creative tools, your customer account, past orders, and many beloved my Ravensburger features – just as you know them. Everything in one place, everything at your pace – making creating and shopping even more enjoyable.

Delivery

Which countries are supported in the new shop?

The new shop currently delivers to:

What if my country is not listed?

If your country is not listed, delivery is currently not available in the new shop and service via my Ravensburger will end after the site closes. We may review additional regions in the future, but there is no confirmed timeline.

Will there be shipping costs for RPP items in the future?

Shipping costs for RPP items depend on destination, order value, and shipping method. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown clearly during checkout.

Account

Can I still log in with my account to the new site?

Yes. You can log in to the new shop using the same username and password.

Orders

What happens to my current open orders?

Don't worry! Any orders placed on our old site are being processed as usual. You will receive your tracking number via email just like always. Our team is monitoring both systems to ensure no order is left behind.

Can we see the order history in the shop backend?

Yes. Logged-in customers can access the same information they could see in the old shop.

Will it be possible to reorder items?

Consumers can place a new order by selecting the same products again in the shop.

Will it be possible to order custom paint by numbers and another personalised product together in the future?

At the moment, custom paint by numbers and other personalized products cannot be ordered together in a single checkout. We may review this in the future, but there is no confirmed timeline.

Can I make changes to my products after placing my order?

Orders placed while logged in to a customer account:
Orders can only be changed within 30 minutes after being placed. After this time, the order begins preparation based on the submitted information. For this reason, it is no longer possible to change the order once the 30-minute window has passed.

Orders placed as a guest:
Guest orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
