Combining tradition with innovation

Our story with wooden products began in 1883, and ever since, we've been known globally for our heritage with wooden toys, games, puzzles, and much more. We're committed to combining both tradition and innovation, being dedicated towards innovation, precision, creativity, and sustainability.

Our latest sustainable initiative

We stopped using the shrink wrap to wrap our puzzles. Doing this helped us to use 89% less plastic waste, which is more than 36 tonnes per year
We reduced the sizing of the cardboard box for our adult puzzles. This means we're using 10% less cardboard, which is more than 231 tonnes per year
We're planning to apply the cardboard size change to other ranges in the coming years
With reducing the box size, we're able to fit more products on a pallet. Therefore we can reduce the carbon footprint per item

We ensure our products have the longest possible lifecycle and will be enjoyed by many family generations. The majority of our materials come from recycled sources, mainly in Europe. All the wood, paper, and cardboard used for Ravensburger and BRIO products comes from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified sources to support environmentally sound and socially beneficial management of the world's forests. Our license codes are FSC-C111262 and FSC-C133361.
