Ravensburger Club

The Ravensburger Club is our exclusive bonus program where you collect loyalty points for every purchase in our Ravensburger online store. You can later convert these points into attractive discounts and rewards. As a Club member, you also benefit from special advantages such as double points promotions and free shipping (from a minimum order value of £10).

For every £1 spent, you receive 10 points or vice versa: 100 points are worth £1, 1,000 points are worth £10, etc. Example: An order of £50 generates 500 points, 500 points have an equivalent value of £5.  

You can either redeem the points you have collected directly on your next order; in the example above, you would then receive a £5 discount on your next order. Or you can collect your points until you have enough points to unlock an exclusive offer. E.g. from 1,000 points a free takeaway game etc. You can find all our points offers in your account under “Ravensburger Club”. 

If a reward has been redeemed (e.g. 1000 points for a free pick-up game), your points balance will be reduced by the number of points you have redeemed for the reward.  

You can redeem as many points as you like for your online purchases. You don't have to use all your points at once, you can also redeem just a portion and save the rest for a reward.

If you have already collected points in the old loyalty points program as a Family & Friends member or as part of Ravensburger Puzzle World, you can reactivate them in the new Ravensburger Club. You will automatically receive an e-mail with your current points balance and a link that you can use to have your points credited to your account. 

If you don't want to become a member of the new Ravensburger Club but still want to use the points you have collected, this is also possible. In the email mentioned above, you will find another link that you can use to convert your points into a voucher. You can then redeem this in our Ravensburger online store even without a customer account. 

In your customer account and the “Ravensburger Club” area, you can check the current status of your loyalty points at any time and see how many loyalty points you have earned and spent.
