How do I know if a product is available?
You can check the product availability on the product pages in our shop. The website will only allow you to order an item if it is in have stock.
We indicate the availability of our products by placing different colored dots below the price of the relevant product.
- Green dot - sufficient products in stock, we can ship the ordered items
- Orange dot - only very few products still available, we are unable to guarantee shipment
- Red dot - this product is currently unavailable
Rarely, there are cases when despite the indicated availability, shipment is not possible.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, due to the speed at which orders are processed for delivery we accept cancellations by the return of your goods. Cancellations by return can be made within up to 30 days of receipt, thereby extending your statutory consumer rights. To return an item for cancellation simply fill out our returns label and use the prepaid postage label provided within you order. Please visit our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.
How old do I have to be to place an order through the Online Shop?
At the time of ordering, you must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through ThinkFun Online-Shop.
In which countries can I place an order in the Online Shop?
Orders from the ThinkFun Online Shop can currently only be shipped to England, Scotland and Wales. Shipment to the Channel Islands, Ireland and other countries is currently not possible. To place an order in the ThinkFun online shop, the addresses for invoice and delivery must be in the same country.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum value for orders on our Online-Shop. We offer free postage on orders of £40 or more.
Do I need a customer account to place an order in the Online Shop?
No, it is not mandatory to have a customer account. You may also order as an unregistered guest. However, if you do create a customer account, you will enjoy many benefits. For instance, you can track the status of your order there at any time.
Are all ThinkFun products available through the online brand shop?
Some selected products are only available from selected stockists of ThinkFun.
I would like to make a purchase as a retailer or organization. How do I go about doing that?

Is there a minimum age requirement for purchasing products in the ThinkFun Online Shop?
To place an order in the ThinkFun Online Shop, customers must be at least 18 years old. For this reason, your date of birth is requested during the ordering process.
When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for deliveries to the UK is about 3-5 business days.
What are the delivery Charges?
We currenlty offer standard delivery at £3.95 for orders of a value below £40. Orders of £40 or more qualify for delivert free of charge.
What Payment Methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods & card payments: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay.
Will I be informed when my payment has been received?
Yes , once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email to the contact email you provided during the checkout.
How do I change, add or delete a payment method?
In order to protect your data we only save the last 4 digits of your credit card. You can only change your credit card information during the order process.
How and with which payment method are return shipments refunded?
All refunds are credited to the original form of payment used to place the order with us.
Can I cancel an order?

How soon will I be refunded for my returned items?
If you return products to us within the legal return period as stated in the terms and condition of sale, the purchase value will usually be credited to you within 14 days via the payment method you used to place the order. In any case, you will receive an email to confirm the credit note.
How much will I be refunded?
The amount you are refunded will depend on your eligibility which will take into account any discounts or promotions used for your order, for more information on eligibilty please see our terms & conditions of sale. Please note that we refund the full amount paid including delivery for the goods ordered. Where a part return is made, delivery will be refunded only for the first return received.

What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged product?
If you believe your item to be faulty you can return your item to us using the prepaid returns label provided with your order. We recommend contacting our consumer support who will assist you with any faulty items and requests for refunds.
What happens if I no longer have the return postage label?
If you no longer have your free return postage label please contact our consumer service via Contact Us or s[email protected] and you will be provided with a replacement.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for a faster processing time.
Which browser should I use for my purchase in the ThinkFun Online Shop?
To ensure proper display and functionality, you will need one of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. The browser Internet Explorer is no longer supported. We recommend that you always use the most recent browser version. For optimal page viewing, you should activate Java and JavaScript in your browser settings.
What are cookies and what is their purpose?
To enable order placement in the ThinkFun online shop, the security settings of your browser must allow so-called cookies to be stored on your computer. How can I redeem a voucher code in the ThinkFun Online Shop?
The voucher code can either be entered directly during the order process, once you have placed a product in the shopping cart, or just before you complete your order on the page “Delivery and payment”. Please check whether the value of your voucher has been subtracted before completing the order. It is not possible to apply a voucher to your order after it has been completed. Promotion vouchers cannot be applied to items that have already been reduced or to items that are subject to legal price maintenance regulations (for example, books). For individual conditions that apply to the respective voucher, please refer directly to the details on your coupon.
Can I use multiple voucher codes?
We recommend reviewing the terms & conditions provided with any voucher you have received from our website. In addition, more information can be found in our promotions policy page. Most vouchers can only be used once and not in conjucntion with other promotions. This includes items that have been reduced in price. However, the specific terms and conditions for your voucher can be found in the above links.
Which shipping options and couriers are available?
We currently offer a standard delivery option which can take between 3 to 5 working days to reach you. Our partnered couriers include Royal Mail and DPD.
Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes. Please note, however, that the delivery address must be located in the same country as the invoice address.
